3 Month Completion: 50% Down Payment

40% Due at 60 Days

10% Due at 90 Days (completion/delivery)

6 Month Completion: 40% Down Payment

60% Balance due in Equal Monthly Payments to Completion/Delivery

9 Month Completion: 20% Down Payment

80% Balance due in Equal Monthly Payments to Completion/Delivery

Important Purchase Notes:

All Monthly Payments are due as per contract agreement for full purchase price prior to apartment delivery.

Please note apartment availability is on a first come first served basis! In order to place an option you will need to follow this process:

-Complete a Reservation Form quoting which type of apartment i.e. 1 Bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment.

-Transfer 1500 to the Escrow Account, details of which are contained in the Reservation Form.

-Send us the signed Reservation Form, proof of transfer of funds, copy of your Passport and a recent utility bill. Your option will be placed ONLY when the funds are received in the Escrow Account. We will telephone you to confirm which apartment you wish to reserve from the availability. If you wish to proceed, contracts will be prepared immediately and sent out. You will then have a period of 14 days to complete the purchase and pay the balance into Escrow. If you do not complete within the 14 day period the property will be subject to sell and reservation will be lost. You will then be given schedule as selected to pay the full balance.

Maintenance Fee: Approximate charge - Applicable on 1 Bedroom Apts: 50 per month 2 Bedroom Apts: 60 per month
